The Bottom Line: This is a pretty typical coffee house with an outstanding weekend brunch!

While this bakery is always great to stop in and grab some yummy bread or a nice cup of coffee it kicks it up a notch on weekends. We have come to love the fresh, made to order omelets that they cook up for brunch.

The brunch menu includes pre-made items like the standard pastries and such. The pastries are good but tend to be among the very common variety as far as coffee houses go. What makes this different is the made to order omelets stuffed with fresh, local ingredients. You never have to worry about the eggs being cold or items not being fresh because they make it to order as you watch.

The ingredients for the omelets vary sometimes due to which fresh veggies are in season but one can always count on really good quality meats like bacon and ham as well as rich cheeses and local veggies. Because they can often get pretty busy on the weekends I always try to get there early and grab a table before ordering.

While you have the option of getting the fresh omelets to go we have found they are much better piping hot so we tend to allow time to eat there.
