My granddaughter received this toy for Christmas and she loves it. She is 2 1/2 years old, but loves the dolls that come with the toy and the furniture. It is very well made and seems to be nicely constructed. She particularly likes that the furniture that comes with the set and that you can buy separately have movable parts and actually allow her to do things. Like put clothes in the washer and dryer, put food in the frig and the stove, etc.

The toy was easy to assemble. It folds up for storage although it is still a bit bulky. The family that comes with the toy is nice and you can buy additional pieces if you desire.

The toy inspires imaginative play and encourages children to think outside the box. It allows them to set up the rooms as they desire and place the furniture wherever they choose. My granddaughter and her friends love playing with the house, too, even the little boys. I think that either sex would enjoy playing with this toy.

I think it would be nice if the manufacturer would provide a stand or table to sit the dollhouse on. Right now it is sitting on the floor and I would like it if it had a matching table or stand to accompany it.
