Pros:excellent positioning options for newborn or toddler, easy to use swing bar, nice neutral colors.
Cons:positions too easy to change, harness a problem for toddlers, collapsible feature not too friendly.
The Bottom Line: The Newborn to Toddler Rocker is definitely a useful baby gear combo. It is much better than using a booster seat despite some obvious flaws.
My mom bought this rocker for my sister's newborn for US$44.99 from Amazon.com. At the time my sister already had a hand-me-down bouncer seat.

What she liked about it
From the onset, she liked the neutral colors which were primarily orange, green, yellow and blue. The seat's fabric design featured a dog and cat running around and the bird flying. The toys on the toy bar and the rattle matched the fabric artwork perfectly.
The move away swing bar was also a neat and convenient idea. It is much easier to move when compared to the ones provided with bouncer seats.
The newborn reclining position was her favorite feature. Baby looked very comfortable and often times, fell asleep without the use of vibrations. With the bouncer seat, the baby is more upright and if he/she does not have good head, neck and back control, the baby's body tended to bend either to the left or right so you would often have the support the baby with rolled up blankets or towels. With the newborn reclining position, she does not have to worry about this.
It is also very easy to switch from one position or function to the next.
The seat could accommodate a weight of up to 40 pounds which means that the baby will be able to use it for a long time. Most bouncer seats only accommodate up to 25-30 pounds. She also has a toddler who likes to do what the baby does and needs not worry about her breaking the seat.
Seat fabric is washable.
What she didn't care for
The collapsible feature while making the rocker portable, was not very secure so pieces would hang out depending on how you held it.
Within a short period of time, baby learned to kick his legs rhythmically and rock himself.
Baby quickly learned how to use toys without much prodding.
Toddler strapped herself in using the harness and couldn't figure out how to unstrap herself. She eventually got up and tried to move around with the rocker in tow and fell down. The harness is not removable so this was an oversight.
Also the changing of seat position is not child-proof, so her toddler figured out how to recline by simply pressing the buttons and many times, baby was found in seat with one side only reclined.
