Pros: The nursery monitoring part works.
Cons: Annoying background "Buzzzzz...."
The Bottom Line: Please don't buy this monitor. It will annoy the heck out of you.

This seemed like a very lovely baby monitor when I looked at it in the box. As an added bonus, I could listen to what was going on inside my pregnant belly! Joy of joys! I had to buy it.
It comes with an instructional CD to explain to you what you are hearing when you put it on your belly. Nevertheless, all the gurgles,kicks, gas bubbles, etc, all sounded the same to me. I couldn't find the baby's heartbeat. I just couldn't tell which sound was which.
The baby monitor part does work. Quite well, actually. However, it lets off a buzzing background noise that is very loud and extremely annoying. I simply turn the volume all the way down, and watch to see if the red lights start bouncing, and then I know the baby is crying.
I really wish I had bought a different monitor. I know there are some out there that remain perfectly quiet until the baby starts making noise.
