Pros: Good machine and you can start off slow and work your way up.
Cons: No problems at all. A little squeak sometimes, but WD-40 takes care of it.
The Bottom Line: It's great if your overweight and want a good aerobic and upper body exerciser. Easy on the knees and back.

| fosterman's Full Review: FitnessQuest Tony Little Gazelle Glider Freestyle ... |
I have the Gazelle Freestyle for about 18 months now. I use it 4-5 times a week, 20 minutes a workout. I really enjoy the machine. I watched the tape to get familiar with the different exercises Tony does. I started out slow (5 minutes per day) and then worked up to 20 minutes per day. I have to say it's a good, well built machine. I've had no problems with it. I get a good upper body workout without using weights. If your overweight like I was (290lbs), this machine is great. I doesn't beat up your knee's like running does. I've lost 40 lbs and 6 inches off my waste and went from a 2XL shirt to a XL. I look and feel SO MUCH BETTER. I would recommend it to anyone who is overweight like I was. Start off slow and work up to the 20 minute routines. Add a 30 minutes walk to it every day and you will see a difference in a few months. My blood pressure was 148 over 90 and NOW, I'm down to 125/75 consistently. I would buy another absolutely! Get one and COMMIT to getting fit. I did it and so can you. Lose the fried food also.
