Pros: Easy/simple to use. Sturdy.
Cons: A little narrow in the hip area and not the easiest thing to store.

I weighed 275lbs when I started, after 6 months, I lost 75lbs!!! Working out for a heavy person is no easy task...my sister tried it and she ended up buying one. My other sister who is shorter could not get into the comfort zone, so people who are shorter are not going to like this.
I however, can not get enough!! Without the Gazelle...well, I would still be in the same spot I was. Out of shape and overweight. I am still enjoying the Gazelle and would recommend it to anyone! As it is anyone who comes over wants to try it out!
I have also noticed how my core muscles have strengthened. My back is stronger, my sides are tighter and stronger...I'm playing with my kids more. I feel like riding my bike in the summer, again!! Things I haven't done in along time, I can do again! I can enjoy again! Running and playing on the beach again, it's like going back in time for me, just the way I feel, energetic, alive!! I would recommend this to anyone who thinks they can't excercise because they are too big. Start off slow and easy, I started doing 2 minutes, then 5, 15, 2 sets of 20 and finally doing 1 hour a day! If a couch potato like me can do it, well, anyone can.
