We've been building on this darned chicken palace to all hours of the morning, and both of us are sore and tired and cranky when we finally do hit the pillow.

I was wondering what the active ingredients are that make this product different from the others you named, some of which I've tried. Could you insert a note about that? Also wondered how it compares to SportsCreme, which seems to work well for me. Don't know if you've used that one.

Thanks so much for participating in the write-off. Good pain relief is a must for summer fun (and not-so-fun activities, too). Thanks -- Kristin

What's the active ingredient? Is it made differently than the others? How hard do you work out and by doing what?
