....my Somewhat Helpful rating. While the information that you give about the customer service would be helpful in the Online category and it does help to know that, it would also be helpful to know more about the product itself.
If you decide to Update this review with a bit more about Floam please feel free to email me.
Please don't get discouraged, we all had our first reviews (mine were awful) and it takes a while to get the feel for what makes a Very Helpful review.....kath
