I had it when I was young, Nickelodeon used to sell it but in small containers. It was kind of a silly product, but we never paid more than a couple dollars for it either. Sorry about your bad experience!

it also smells bad. For some reason my sister gave this stuff to my kids for Christmas, describing it as "fun" and "cool." I am dying to ask her if her kids ever actually played with some or where she got the idea that it would be enjoyable. Because you're right... it sucks.

We're still seeing the commercials on a daily basis and my kids keep asking me why they are sellng something that does not work. Since I have no real answer for them, I often suggest we take out the Floam and try to do something with it. Their answer? "Why bother? Its just a waste." Oh well. I am glad that I can help others avoid this junk.

After the non-stop bombardment of these commercials during the Christmas season my kids have asked for this every time.
Now I'm SO glad I never got it for them.

Well, thanks for the review!!!! But I'm sorry you had to spend that money to save the rest of us the expense!
My 9 year old son has been begging me to let him use his money to buy this stuff and now I can show him your review as well as the other comments.

My daughter just told me she threw it all away and like you found it absolutely useless and a waste of money....The boys really wanted it but couldn't do anything with it..
Too bad she didn't have this review to read before Christmas :)

One star is probably more than this stuff deserves. Usually I am more generous with my rating, on the theory that even if my kids didn't like the toy, somebody else's might. This stuff is just a waste though.

Not only can't you make anything with Floam, but you can't stick the floam to anything either, as advertised. At least my children have learned that not everything they see on TV is wonderful!

......think I've heard of anyone who is satisfied with Floam.
Oh, my gosh....$79 worth?? You'd think after spending that much on it, it would at least be some sort of fun.
