I only stayed here for 5 hours (I got in at 11:30 pm and left before 5 a.m.), so I am not entirely clear on all the hotel has to offer.

It was clean and comfortable, but did not have the famous Sheraton beds I love so much and had looked forward to. Just a basic mattress.

I asked for a 4:15 a.m. wake up call and did not get it. When I awoke at 4:45, I had to race to make my flight from LAX. When I went downstairs to check out, I had to wait at the counter while a janitor repeatedly called the desk person, who, when they came out, had obviously been sleeping. No wonder they forgot the call.

Waking up at 4:45 and immediately being full of adrenaline sucked. It was enough to put me off this place forever.

The shuttle was very convenient to the airport.
