If you have a twisted sense of humor, you will LOVE this film...It is chock full of funny one-liners that you and your friends will quote (to the dismay and confusion of anyone around you who hasn't seen the film; example given above). I would describe it as a cross between "Raising Arizona" and "Fargo". It has great humor, but also a little violence & gore.
It features enough big names to make you wonder why you've never heard of it before (Keifer Sutherland, Reese Witherspoon, Brooke Sheilds, Amanda Plummer, Michael T. Weiss).
I was introduced to the film by two women in my apartment building who had watched it a dozen times together (and were quoting lines from it). It definitely is funny enough to watch several times. Everyone I have introduced to it also laughs (and says I have a sick sense of humor, but they still laugh!).
Keep an eye out for corny "Little Red Riding Hood" references throughout the film. What it lacks in realism, it makes up for in talent. Reese Witherspoon's trashy southern accent adds a great comedic touch to all of those lines. (and she kicks some booty in this movie)
If you like something offbeat, and you are not easily offended, trust me....rent this movie and watch it with some friends who share your sick sense of humor. You will love it!
