The Frenzy is an excellent all purpose ocean kayak. My family owns two and we love them. They can be used for anything, such as surfing, touring, whitewater, and flatwater.
PROS
1. Maneuverable. The Frenzy is a very small, very easily maneuverable kayak. You can turn on a dime in this kayak, which is important in heavy surf.
2. Stable. This kayak is also very stable, especially for such a small kayak. It is very difficult to flip over a Frenzy.
3. All purpose. the Frenzy is an all purpose kayak. My family uses it for whitewater, surfing, touring, and cruising in the ocean.
4. Storability. This kayak, being so small, can be stored almost anywhere. Plus, they are designed to be stacked, which we take advantage of.
5. Light weight. This kayak weighs only 45 lbs, which is very small for a kayak. One person can easily handle a Frenzy outside of the water.
6. Durability. The Frenzy is also a very durable kayak, and our two have very few problems with them almost a year after we bought them.
CONS
1. Not suited for large people. The Frenzy is a very small kayak with a very small cockpit, and a large person would have trouble fitting into this kayak.
