When I seen this on television i finally thought I had found the answer to my "smelly" cat litter problem.
Boy, was I wrong! I bought it in the house, and changed the litter. It smelled so good, and looked wierd, but I thought what the heck, the cat will love it!
Well, a week went by, and I was checking the litter daily to see if it needed changed, and it seemed like it was as clean as when I first put it in the litter box.
I did notice it had been moved around, and that told me my cat was using it.
One day I came home from work to find my cat laying in the corner giving me that devilish look she gives when she is mad at something. I checked around, and everything seemed normal, but I smelled a terrible smell coming from the room somewhere.
She also seemed ill, so I called the vet. After examining her, he said she had clean smelling breath, was I cleaning her teeth or something!!! Well, thats when I knew what had happened. She had been eating the cat litter, and using my flower pot for the bathroom!
Apparently the smell reminds them of some kind of grass they eat when outside for upset stomach the vet said!
So needless to say...i never bought it again, and like the cat on the commercial, if mine could have locked me out of the house, she would have!
By the way, my cat did survive the "eating of the litter" without any problems!
