DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!

Pros: It looks pretty. .

Cons: Product leaks: water @ bottom & steam on sides damaging cabinets. Customer service: nonexistent.

The Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It does not work. It creates damage to your cabinets and itself while being used. Customer service does not care.

We had problems immediately after purchase. The dishwasher was supposed to be delivered in a week. It took 3! Then it leaked immediately. They sent a repair man out who said this was a known problem he ordered a part and came back a few weeks later. The leak was not fixed by the part he installed and now after using it we noticed our solid maple cabinets were damaged too from the steam coming out the sides of the unit as well as the unit itself being damaged. There is no fix on this! We can adjust so the steam comes out on the top but then it will damage our wood trim. Why don't they tell you on the specs where the steam comes out and the potential risks??? We HATE FRIGIDAIRE customer service. They do not care at all. They left my  husband on hold for 124 minutes and when he called in using a different phone (still on hold on the other) they never even apologized to him and sent him to a voicemail message. Their current offer, we can go buy at our expense their crappier lower version line of products and get a rebate. Yeah right! That won't fix the problem if they all vent steam from the side or top. For our situation we actually need the steam from under neath like our older dishwasher which after 5 years NEVER damaged our cabinets. The Frigidaire dishwasher ruined our cabinets after just a few uses and the company does not care, is rude, is useless. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! Customer service does not care at all about pleasing customers or even think it is important that the products they sell actually work. It still leaks on the floor. Repair has been out 3 times. Frigidaire does not care. I will never buy Frigidaire again.
