Pros: Good food, nicely presented
Cons: Wait staff is rude and nasty, and seem to actually enjoy being this way!
The Bottom Line: Rude, nasty and arrogant staff, service similar to the McDonald's on Fillmore. Actually, service at the McDonald's is better.

- We were kept waiting 45 minutes past our reservation, with no apology, no offer of a beverage or even any attention - all the while, two of the staff sat at the bar and began drinking!
- When we were finally seated, it was at a table far too small for our party and we were bumping into everyone around, and they into us
- we asked to move when an appropriate size table opened up, and were then treated as though we had the plague
- The waiter was rude and condescending, and didn't deign to pour our wine for us; just getting his attention in this tiny restaurant required an act of congress
- One of our party politely attempted to send back a far overcooked steak, and the chef actually refused (from the waiter: "the chef says it's cooked properly and refuses to take it back.")
- my detailed personal letter to the owner went unanswered
