| ragdoll21's Full Review: Friskies Senior Cat Food |
Now that my geriatric cat Fred has lost one of his canine (ha!) teeth, I was in the market for a quality, nutritious canned food that I could add to his diet. Enter Friskies Senior cans, in a multitude of flavors from Ocean Whitefish to Pacific Salmon to Beef and Liver. Fred loves these low-ash and low-magnesium meals so much, he kisses me before each serving. Having come to demand canned food from me, Fred always has a good supply of Friskies on hand so he doesn't run out. (In fact, my other cat Sammie has taken a liking to it but because he isn't a senior yet, he gets dry food too.)
This brand is economical, costing on the average 42 cents per can in my neighborhood markets. On club special days, it can go as low as 25 cents a can. The pulltop tabs are convenient to open and eliminate the need for tedious can openers. As well, Friskies often has mail-in specials where you can order goods such as bowls and annual calendars for small amounts when you send in proofs of purchase. All in all, Friskies Senior can is a food my cat commands from me. Fred knows what he's talking about. Trust us.
