My dog was swollen, red and itchy when I got him to the veterinarian's (vet's)office. I had tried flea shampoos and flea powder, but nothing worked. The neighboring dogs had all been infested with fleas and my neighbors had tried organic remedies and oral pills and nothing was helping. So I headed to the vet's office. My dog's flea bites were so bad the vet had to give him a cortisone shot to relieve the swelling. My vet gave us Frontline and overnight the fleas were gone. The vet recommended using Frontline only once every three months to prevent new infestation. We have not seen a flea in almost two years. Frontline is easy to apply and effective. I strongly recommend it.
