Pros: Attractive, eye-catching bottle, vitamins, no caffeine, cute, eye-catching names for the flavors
Cons: Taste and Aftertaste
The Bottom Line: If your leanings are to "exotic" punches this may be your punch. For me, the taste was somewhat okay; the after-taste not okay.

I really enjoy punch, and have made a sincere effort to drink more water lately, as well as healthy beverages. I was drawn to the beautiful, colorful, eye-catching bottles containing the various Fuze beverages. So, you're no doubt wondering what the heck this punch is all about? You're not? Oh, well anyway it is Fuze's interpretation of fruit punch. What it does not have is a high fructose corn syrup. It does contain ginseng, guarana and numerous B vitamins, so it is good for you. There is no caffeine
Okay, so what are my choices?:
**Diet Green Tea (Orange Ginger Green Tea)
**Tangerine Grapefruit - Slenderize
**Dragonfruit Lime - Slenderize
**Orange Mango - focus
**Strawberry Guava - Refresh
**No Carb Diet Pomegranate White Tea
**Orange Blossom White Tea
**Mojo Mango - Energize
**Blackberry Grape - Energize
**Exotic Punch - Energize
**LemonAID
**Banana Colada - Refresh
**Peach Mango - Refresh
**Cranberry-Raspberry - Slenderize
**Tropical Punch - Slenderize
**Green Tea

How about the nutritious value?
Okay, they state that it contains:

So much for all the facts-how about the taste?:
The taste? Well, in my opinion the taste is not what I hoped for, as you can determine by my title of this review. It tastes a little herbal, a little sour, off, call it what you will. It doesn't taste as I expect a fruit punch to taste. And then there is the after-taste. You know that ugly face you make when you open and close your mouth trying to get rid of the aftertaste, not quite sure it tastes as crummy as you think it does? You will probably be making the ugly face with this beverage.
Was I energized?:
Eh? I picked up this beverage at a little Stop & Rob store near my home, after an hour and a half swim. The coldness of the beverage (and this would go for any refrigerated beverage obviously) felt good, but was I energized? Alas, no. While I assume the ginseng is the ingredient that is supposed to be energizing, it did nothing for me.
Final thoughts and recommendations:
If you really want a fruit punch that is healthy, and you don't mind a slight "off-taste" to benefit by the vitamins and other good ingredients, you should give this a shot. It is certainly healthier than a high calorie, regular fruit punch. If you are all about the taste, I suggest you try something else. Balancing out the taste, or lack thereof and the good ingredients, I am giving this punch 3 stars. Not enough punch for this lady!
