I've used fuzzi bunz for the last 8 months or so with my daughter pretty much full time. They rarely leak, and are very easy to use and clean. I haven't done the math to see if I'm saving money, but I feel better not throwing all those disposable diapers away every day. I also use flushable liners, which I HIGHLY recommend for anyone using cloth. To use the diapers, simply put the insert in the diaper, and put on the baby. When the diaper is dirty, shake solids into toilet, then shake insert into diaper pail. I wash every two days or so. Washing instructions are included with the diaper purchase. For night, I purchased hemp inserts.
The diapers do tend to wick moister, so make sure that diaper is on snugly. I've had problems when my child is wearing pants and the waistband of her pants sometimes get wet.
I have used one other kind of pocket diaper, and fuzzi bunz are better. The snaps hold up well, the inserts are pretty absorbant, and the diapers themselves have stayed in great shape even with using them for several months. I would have no problem recommending fuzzi bunz to someone looking to use cloth diapers.
The only drawback is the price. I have found a website that offers pretty good discounts on discontinued colors, so do your research. You can also buy seconds, which are defects from the factory. Use caution when doing that as there is no warranty on seconds.
