Pros: Full grate top, griddle burner (for theirs or my griddle) and the convection oven.

Cons: None yet.

The Bottom Line: It is as advertised. I like it.

We have had a chance to use this range for 3 months now, across Thanksgiving and Christmas. The buying experience was great (at HD). My wife and I both cook and bake so it has received a workout. We upgraded from a Frigidaire dual fuel. I almost had to settle for a GE Profile as the Cafe line was just getting started with this stove. I had had a griddle before and was attracted to the full grate top and the griddle which comes with the stove. This griddle drops in where the middle grate sits. I used it several times and it works great but I prefer to use my cast iron griddle which sits on top of the center grate because it is a little wider and provides some additional space. The griddle burner is great. I love the power burners as they provide more heat than our old stove top burners. The grates are good for us and seem easy to keep clean. The stainless well is a little cooler so some food doesn't get stuck as much. I am not too picky as to how this looks as food is always dropping down there and I believe it will eventually look used. As long as it is serviceable we’re happy. The burners seem to have a hot side, not necessarily a hot spot although I have been changing my pan orientation to verify the claim. They are large diameter and provide good coverage otherwise. We use All-Clad cookware for the most part. The front controls are ok. ON indicators would be a plus. There is good regulation on the controls with a full range of settings. Most everything simmers nicely. The touch control panel is nice. It could be back lit as a plus. Our big plus and you never know until you can try it is the convection oven. It is a big step up from the previous oven. EVERYTHING we have tried is great. Cookies are now flawless. The meat probe with prime rib worked great. We find this feature one of our favorites. I don't think the fan is annoying. It seems as if the convection fan changes directions and this evens everything out inside the oven. I can't say enough here. We have used the lower oven and it works ok although I didn't bake with it.
