I've had this stove for almost a year and haven't had any major problems (warranty runs out in 3 weeks...should I extend???:-) I like the stove but do have a few complaints. The stove top in nice as it's big enough to fit several larger pots, we cook a lot so that was important to us. I, like the other reviewer, find the centre burner useless. It has a nice looking griddle but the only thing it's hot enough for is pancakes, so if you wanted to saute some onions and mushrooms get out your fry pan. Also the griddle has a very narrow groove to catch grease etc, it is so narrow it's impossible to clean! The centre burner also has a grate that can replace the griddle but really it's not hot enough to do much, doesn't even simmer well. The power boil feature is great on the two large front burners, great heat control! The two back burners also have great heat control and are excellent for low simmer. I've never had a gas stove top before but I find it a pain to clean, I'm getting better and often use oven cleaner to get the really baked on stuff off, just use cautiously and make sure you only get it on the stainless steel or it will corrode other parts. The stainless steal top will get scratched as you clean it, but it really doesn't look bad just used. I've had to replace all my burner caps as the cast iron started to flake away, it was covered under the warranty and was hassle free, but still disappointing.
The convection oven is perfect, I have no complaints and I love that it does the temperature conversions for me, I just enter the oven temp recommended in my recipe and it converts. Haven't had a burnt cookie yet :-)
The lower oven, which heats to a full oven temp of 450 is very shallow so not all your casserole dishes will fit, or if using as a warming drawer and you stack your food on a plate it may not fit in. To overcome the shallowness I often remove the oven rack that lines the drawer. It also takes forever to heat up, but it will eventually get there.
