There's a lot of interesting product on the market in the wall oven market. Whereas the old choices used to be essentially one oven or two, there are now a wide variety of choices. Some have a convection oven, or a microwave oven, or another alternative cooking technology. Some have a smaller oven for minor tasks (cookies or biscuits), and others have a warming drawer. Neat ideas, which put new possibilities into what could go into what had been the heart of a kitchen.

Sadly, the GE JTP35 has none of these -- it is the most basic, run-of-the-mill electric oven you can buy, feature-wise. You get two large, but not exceptionally large, electric ovens. There are adjustable racks with eight positions and three racks per oven. Both ovens are self-cleaning, which works pretty effectively but isn't quite as nice a final result as the highly toxic chemical option. There's a great broiler, which cooks evenly and quickly, and is a simple but fantastic implementation.
The front is mostly stainless steel, save for a small hard plastic panel between the ovens. There are all-electric controls with a digital clock, a kitchen timer, and separate digital controls for each oven. When the oven is on, a cooling fan runs at all times, and once the oven is off, it will run until the ovens cool.
There are a few challenges with the product worth mentioning. The electronic controls are very vulnerable to power flickering causing a reset. When both ovens are on, the temperature on the top over can be somewhat inaccurate. Finally, the fan is quite loud when running, which can be distracting.
