I was so excited to finally receive this stove. We waited a week for it. It was installed, looked great. I went to turn it on and on the keypad where you punch in the oven temperature, the numbers weren't working! So I called Home Depot (where I bought it) and they gave me a number to call. We said we wanted a new stove because I've already lost confidence in this stove. I was told we'd have to wait for a service person and that would be another 10 days (3 weeks since I've had a stove!) We said that is unreasonable so we were told they would replace the stove with a new one next week. Wish me luck, I'll let you know how we make out with that one..
