A few years ago I watched the GS27 infomercial and decided to order the bottle. When I received it I ran to my car and tried it out. Hmmmm, scratch was still there. So I thought, it could be the scratch is too big, so I tried another, hmmm.... what a joke. I can honestly say GS27 doesn't remove scratches like the infomercial says. I had a new car, so I tried it on my friends car and same results. Now, I see the makers of GS27 put a crayon type product in with the GS27 to fill scratches. So I assume that they found out the product they sold didn't do the job either.
The product comes in a small bottle a little larger than for toothpaste and looks like white toothpaste. It also reminds me of the way rubbing compound smells, hmmmm, could be, that is what it is?
The funny part about all this is that I still buy GS27 and not to remove scratches. Every so often I get touch up paint from the auto parts store and fill in scratches on my autos. The GS27 is a gentle product for buffing out the touch up paint to make it even with the original paint.
I can get near perfect or perfect results using this method.
If you want GS27 to use as a rubbing compound to make touch ups smooth, this stuff is great. To take scratches out of a car, GS27 doesn't work.
The makers of GS27 should remove scratch remover off the label and market it as another product.
