Pros: Cute, no leaks, environmentally friendly
Cons: Cost and bulky
The Bottom Line: I definitely think these would be great for those who use cloth and want an alternative to disposable convenience.

| hamm55's Full Review: G Diapers |
This is my first time cloth diapering and wasn't sure what diapers I would like. I bought 6 used g-diapers from www.craigslist.com Each came with 2 plastic liners and a package of 40 inserts (these were new of course). I got them all for $10! They were in great shape and I only threw away one of the liners because it was stained. I looked up the g-diaper website and read up on the product. My daughter was born two weeks ago. The first time I tried the g-diaper I didn't know if I would like them. They are a little difficult to work with at first, but once you get the hang of it - it's pretty easy. The first time I used one of these diapers I left it on her for about 3 hours and when I went to change it - it was like it was biodegrading in the diaper! So the next time I changed it after 2 hours and the liner wasn't falling apart this time. I have been using them in rotation with my other cloth diapers and I haven't had a single leak yet which is great because with disposables I would have had a ton of leaks. I really enjoy these diapers even though they are expensive for the inserts (just as costly as disposables if not more). They are bulky, but work well for a little baby who only wears sleepers right now anyway.
