What an awful experience and this is soooooooo expensive! Thanks for letting us know and welcome to Epinions.
Your ratings, however, are low - which doesn't mean that your writing is bad. But you didn't give details about this machine and that is what people look for, even when we have a poor experience with something.
So if you decide to update and tell us about the machine (controls, special features, lights, etc.), please let me know. I'd be glad to re-read. Don't be afraid to use space, small paragraphs, etc.
