| erin5oaks's Full Review: Garden Claw Gold |
I know I am not the only one to watch those amazing commercials and HAVE to have the latest gadget. This is how I felt when I viewed the commercial for the Garden Claw Gold. This is an example of truth in advertising. I don't know anyone who has purchased this tool and has been disappointed. This product lives up to its claims.
This is a very useful yard and garden tool. I found that it was easy to assemble. It has three parts; the handle, the rod, and the claw. It takes less than ten minutes to put together. There are two nuts and bolts included with the easy to follow instructions.
You can pay anywhere from 40 to 25 dollars. I have seen them on sale this time of year.
It is a simple tool to use. There is a vinyl grip handle that you simply hold onto with either hand. I would still recommend using gloves. You push down and twist the tool clockwise. My experience is that it works to break up both top soil and clay. There is no more bending and lifting. I have a friend with arthritis who swears by this tool. She says it gave back to her the hobby of gardening.
I like the fact that you can adjust the height. So a it is just as easy for a tall person as it is for a short person.
This tool is made of steel and should last for a long time. It does come with a five year guarantee.
If you have a small garden and have to borrow a tiller I think you can use the Garden Claw Gold in its place. Not only can you use it in the garden but, in the yard to aerate before seeding, it can be used in your compost pile.
If you are going to purchase one new yard and garden tool this spring I would recommend the Garden Claw Gold.
