The theme song heard a few years back on Gator Golf is catchy; the game itself is very catchy too. My younger sister got this game as a Christmas gift a couple of years back. Who do you think was the most excited to play first? No no, not her, but it was I. Being a part-time golfer, i thought the idea of a mini-golf game in which two people can compete with each other by putting a ball in a reptile's mouth very original. I just had to give it a try.
This game consists of a motorized gator (a big lump of plastic with a opening jaw) that takes two C batteries. Two putters and two balls are also in the package. My recommendation: don't play this on any surface except for carpet that isnt very high or thick; one that is low leveled. This is sort of like a miniature putting green surface material.
The game's objective: Put golf balls in mr. gator's mouth. Make up whatever games you want with whoever you play it with. My buddies get a kick out of this game. Adults around the world have been caught playing this game without consent of their children. My theory is proven: this game is catchy.
Since this game is a few years old, its cost has drastically been reduced. I bet you can pick it up for $10. Trust me on this, that $10 will be well spent. Only bad thing about the game can be the difficulty of little kids trying to get the ball successfully in the gator's mouth. If they are impatient, it can be frustrating. I have rarely found this occurance. My advice is to blow your ten bucks on something good for the whole family on something such as gator golf.
