Freezer Shelves Shrink

I love this fridge except for one major problem.  The freezer shelves once frozen no longer fit on the guides.  They shrunk about 1/4 inch and fall down.  So do the drawers.  I am not sure why the other reviewer did not have this happen, but I do not know how to fix it.  I have read other reviews and they mentioned the same thing happened to them.
