Not terribly impressive

This microwave looks nice, but functionally isn't very impressive. The number one thing I don't like is that the plate gets hot when you heat something -- I didn't have that issue with my old microwave. Many times I grab the plate and find it's too hot to handle, but yet the food isn't all that hot.
The timer funtion (which I use often) is annoying because you cannot cancel it if you decide you want to set it for a new time -- it has to run to completion.
Keypads have to be pushed rather hard to work.
I do like the look and solid construction of this microwave.
