A reasonable person might think a warranty on a NOKIA phone would include service, at the site where you bought the phone. Not the case with Cincinnati Bell. My phone was presented as a an equal to Verizon's LG 83__ The Nokia was a disappointment with many undocumented features, like how to use speaker phone, vibrate mode and silent. These are standard features that Nokia should have had well tested and documented before release. When the headphone adapter tip broke inside the phone I thought bringing it in for WARRANTY work would be a simple matter. Nothing could be farther from the truth, Cincinnati Bell has failed completely to offer any customer satisfaction based on Warranty. The only options are to pay an additional amount per month for "extended" warranty or purchase a new phone (at the rate charged to new customers) They want me to box up the phone and send it to Nokia to activate my "warranty".... these knuckleheads put the WAR in warranty. Nice as the front line employees try to be the company does NOT understand the first thing about customer service or customer satisfaction. I therefore give them a failing grade for customer support.
Recommend this product?
No understanding of customer satisfaction, warranty or being helpful, policy makers promise one thing and do not carry through on minimal expectations. Billing is a nightmare with extra unapproved charges showing up, estimates of monthly at sign up are far under the actual billing amount, they have trouble with integrity and being truthful.
