POOR CELL PHONE SERVICE

Pros: free incoming calls
Cons: service area sucks, so you can't receive the free incoming calls.
The Bottom Line: Choose another provider...phone reception is awful!!

This is the 2nd time in the past couple of years that I tried US Cellular. I had them for years and then started having problems with not getting calls, voicemails, etc.
I switched to Cingular and had them for 2 years, but they are very expensive, so I talked to Customer Service at US Cellular and they assured me that they've added many towers since I last had their service and that I shouldn't have any problem. US Cellular has the best rates around, but they don't do you much good, if you can't get/make calls.
I spoke to Customer Relations about having the same problem I did before and in other words "you didn't say anything in the first 30 days, so there's nothing we can do". Well, first time "shame on them"...the second time "shame on me".
They would not let me out of my contract, so I'm screwed for $150.00.
I use my cell phone for my small business and in 1 week I lost 3 new clients because by the time I got alerted that I had voicemails and returned their calls, they had already found someone else because they never heard back from me.
