| dtr1129's Full Review: General Reviews of US Cellular Customer Service |
Our company switched from T-Mobile to U.S. Cellular two years ago. Since then, the number of complaints has dropped from several dozen to ZERO. U.S. Cellular provides us with a very reliable service and has an excellent customer service department.
As a business customer, the few calls I have made were answered promptly. I don't recall ever having to wait more than two minutes to speak with a customer service representative. In my experience, I haven't had a single dropped call. I average about 1200 minutes a month.
There are several conveniently located U.S. Cellular stores in my area. I recently upgraded from a Blackberry 7250 to their new 8830 Smartphone and have been very happy with it. The store employee was very helpful in instructing me on the features and use of the device.
When I couldn't immediately obtain internet access, I called customer service and was up and running in less than 10 minutes.
U.S. Cellular covers a great deal of the Midwest, which is where I conduct my business operations. Calls between me and my employees who are also U.S. Cellular subscribers, are clear sounding and with a strong cell signal.
I would highly recommend U.S. Cellular, and have on several occasions convinced my friends to switch. They are very happy to have switched.
