There is no book that I recommend more regularly to pregnant women than "Gentle Birth Choices". There is also a video by the same name which is fabulous. I recommend viewing the video first and then following it up with the book, which carries more details.
"Gentle Birth Choices" provides a wonderful look at the options we have as women in birthing. Walking in blinding and handing over your pregnancy to an Obstetrician is not the wisest way to approach your upcoming birth. This book will not only give you food for thought, but may possibly open your mind to the possibilities you never realized existed.
I strongly urge any woman approaching or considering conception to thoroughly read this book. It is very easy to read and interesting reading as well.
Take charge of your birth and allow this book to help you do that. You can achieve not only the birth of your dreams, but one that is safest for you and your baby.
