It’s white in color, and truly fragrance free. Del Pharmaceuticals suggests you apply the cream liberally and massage into the skin especially after the bath. They also state that the cream “sooths itching and helps heal,” and I can attest to the accuracy of the claim.

William stopped itching within minutes of applying it to his rash. I rubbed it several times throughout the day, and although it does go on quite greasy, it soaks into the skin to restore moisture. You only need a tiny bit to moisturize the area. Even though we had many areas to treat, we still have half the bottle left. As far as I can tell, the cream is only available in a 4-ounce size squeeze bottle with flip-top lid. I’d buy this stuff by the gallon if it were available, as it’s the only treatment that’s actually worked on my kid’s eczema. Don’t waste your money on all those expensive cures when Gentle Naturals Baby Eczema Cream works better, and it’s reasonably priced.
