As part of the My Favorite Bathing Accessory Write Off we were asked to write about favorite bathing accessories. I have choosen to write about Gerber's baby lotion with Oatmeal Moisturizers.
My favorite part of bath time with my children is at the end, when I get to put the lotion on them and they smell so sweet and clean! The sensation of touch can be very soothing and relaxing for both parents and child. I feel that applying the lotion after a bath gives both mommy (or daddy) a speacial bonding time with baby and offers a soothing massage for the child. I have been using Gerber's new baby lotion for sometime now because I love how they smell and feel on my babies skin.
At my baby shower for my son, my mother had purchased a new Gerber baby wash and lotion. This one has skin nurtrients with oatmeal moisturizers in it. Gerber has always been a trusted name in my family and I have never been dissapointed by any of their new products I have tried so far, so I wasn't surprised that I was pleased with the results of using Gerber's New baby lotion with Oatmeal moisturizers.
I have to say that I love the smell of this lotion! It's not like the typical baby smelling lotions this one has a sweeter smell to and and the lotion leaves your skin (I have tested it out LOL) feeling smooth, soft and silky. It's not runny like other lotions can be, this is a very thick lotion to apply so it doesn't run off the side of your hands or the babies body.
Gerber Baby Lotion with Oatmeal moustrizers is hypoallergenic, so there is less of a chance of your babies sensative skin have an allergic reaction to it.
