My daughter started nibbling on both products at age 6 months. Not only was the Biter biscuits messy but in my shopping area they are also expensive. The biscuits may be developed for promotion of motor skills but if a child isn't able to hold the food, they probably too young to be eating the biter biscuits.
There are more products on the market that are just as tasty for baby as well as less expensive for the family budget. Gerber should develop more "in between" finger foods for babies that are less messy and more economical. Parents buy the "adult" finger food snacks because the products are less expensive and less mess............well, that depends on your child.
