Pros: Inexpensive above average that is nearly high quality insoles for $1.30 a pair.
Cons: Not the best for high arches like my feet.
I find them to have more than enough comfort supporting the feet in boots especially in a pair of old boot style that only have leather insole which are hard on the feet which I will review at a later time. The arch support is above average since it is not for high arches like I have but still provides adequate support none the less. The rest of the padding of the insoles are excellent.
I would expect them to last as long as a 2 years and as short as 6 months if you were to use them in a pair of running shoes used for heavy long distance running everyday for 6 months but that would be on the end of getting your moneys worth for only paying basically $1.30 a pair as compared to going to a store and paying ten dollars or more.
It is made of urethane. Is available in full sizes from 7 to 12 mens and is easily trimmed to fit half sizes.
All that is needed to wash these insoles is some soap and water. And if the insoles need to be deodorized, you will need a little bit of water in a washing pan and enough Arm & Hammer baking soda to cover the entire two insoles or however many you need to do. Also its best not to use bleach because of potential to adversely effect the integrity of supporting your feet.
Amount of Insoles
If you order them from Sportsmanguide.com the insoles come in a pack of ten pairs.
The German molded insoles cost $12.97 and $11.67 (10% off) for members.
