Pros:Tasty and refreshing, vitamins & herbs.
Cons:Not inexpensive. 8g of sugar
The Bottom Line: Look no further than Glaceau Vitamin Water for a refreshing vitamin-enhanced water beverage. The Focus Kiwi-Strawberry is one of my favorites, and contains just the right herbs for me.
In the "olden" days before we all were inundated with reminders of what we should and shouldn't ingest, how much we should exercise, how to best care for ourselves physically and emotionally, I drank diet coke or diet pepsi. It seemed to do the trick, refresh me, and I thought it energized me. Next we were instructed to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I would go through spurts where I would do that, but it wasn't easy. Water really tastes blah to me. Well, now they have water that is actually enjoyable to drink such as Glaceau Vitamin Water Focus Kiwi-Strawberry. It helps me drink the water I should be drinking, particularly after taking my dog for a long walk, or after aquajogging for a couple of hours. The Kiwi-Strawberry may sound like a fu-fu drink for the women, but actually it has just enough of the sweetness, but the kiwi takes away any excessive sweetness in my opinion. There are only 40 calories, so no guilt there. The Vitamin A and Ginkgo Biloba will help you relax, and my understanding of the Siberian Ginseng is that it boosts your immune system and helps your memory (I can sure use that at this point). Gotu Kola is supposed to help various skin conditions and help your memory also. If you have any doubts about any of the ingredients in this product, please consult your physician.
Packaging:
You will find Glaceau in over 10 different flavors and all have different colors. The Kiwi-Strawberry is hot pink. All are 20 ounces-at least that is the only size I have seen in the stores. You will find the best prices online, and the lowest price I've found is $1.29. YOu can also purchase them by the case, and will of course find better prices when buying in quantity.

My experience & recommendations:
I have been very pleased with all of the Glaceau Vitamin Water flavors I've tried so far. I am very happy with all the vitamins and herbs I am ingesting as well as being refreshed and meeting my needs for water.
The only flavor that didn't work for me was the Rescue Green Tea. I know it is supposed to be great for you, but it didn't work well for my stomach.
There are so many things I appreciate about this beverage. It is so beyond just drinking water. As you can see listed in the ingredients, it contains a plethora of vitamins and herbs.
I plan on trying the Vitamin Water flavors (well, most) that I haven't tried as yet. Some are a little more difficult to find than others, but it is worth searching for your favorites, or those you feel will best provide the vitamins and herbs you require. I am giving this flavor of Glaceau Vitamin Water 4 stars and recommend it for anyone who needs to drink water and prefers it flavored; appreciates a water beverage also containing valuable vitamins and herbs, needs to be refreshed!
