Pros: Good price, true all-season capacity, easy national brand obtainable anywhere.
Cons: I haven't encountered any yet.
The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this tire to anyone who needs a competent, aggressively priced all season tire with national availability (road hazard, etc..). Good cornering, great traction, good price.

I used to work as an Assistant Manager at Discount Tire Co and so I know tires better than the average consumer. When it came time for me to get a new set of shoes for my wife's Mitsubishi Outlander, I decided to do my homework. We plan on keeping the vehicle for quite awhile, so I wanted a quality tire. I read a bunch of reviews on tire sites, in magazines and here on epinions. People really seemed to like this tire and the comparable Michelin tires weren't as highly rated yet cost more money. When I sold tires all I knew was that I rarely had customers who complained about anything with Michelins, but I often got ride complaints out of Goodyear tires. On the other hand, I knew that Goodyear was tired of getting outsold by Michelin and had invested heavily in the R&D of this line. The thing that was most attractive to me about the tire was that it offers good rain channeling and has a snow/ice rib as well so I decided to give Goodyear a chance to prove they had truly changed. I live in Phoenix, so I don't expect to see a lot of snow, but we get heavy rains during the Monsoon season, and we might go up into Flagstaff to see some snow in the wintertime, so I wanted a good tire. I have had them on for about 5,000 miles and they are performing beautifully. They are quiet, they offer great traction and they are wearing evenly. I took it out in a heavy downpour and these tires tracked great. Goodyear says they will last 80,000 miles but I don't expect that to happen here in the desert. If they go 40,000 and perform as well as they have so far, then I will be more than satisfied.
