When our youngest daughter was 1 1/2 year old, she was just about ready to get out of the crib. So, we shopped around for toddler beds. We didn't want to get a twin size bed, yet. We are planning on buying her and her younger brother bunk beds later on.
We looked at a lot of stores and finally settled on Toys R Us, where we found this wonderful bed. It was so cute and just the right size for our little girl.
We brought it home that same day and put it together for her in time for bedtime. It was easy to assemble, considering there were two of us doing it. The bed fit perfectly in a corner of the kids' room. It is small enough to not take up a lot of space in the room, yet big enough for our little girl.
She loves her bed. She loves the glow in the dark designs on the headboard. She won't let her brothers and sister on her bed. It is her bed. I am so glad we found something she likes to sleep in.
Now she is two years old and knows that when bedtime comes around, her bed is waiting for her. We even bought a Minnie Mouse toddler bed sheet set for her.
