Pros: Extended weight limit
I am and always have been a HUGE fan of Graco products and when i seen the My Ride 65 Sonata, I had to have it for my daughter. Beautiful design, comfy, padded, and SAFE. It comes in three different colors which is great!
There is the "Coda" Design. It is black and grey so this would be perfect for any little boy or could even be unisex! Im not a fan of the colors, as i love pink and purple for my little girly girl but it is still a very nice looking car seat.
The next design is "Rane" and i LOVE this design for a little boy! I was even tempted to buy it for my daughter because i love green. I do want to warn you, My local wal-mart carries this carseat in-store and it is more of a lime green, whereas online it looks kinda a pale green. Its lime green, grey and black and any little boy would look adorable in this!
Next is my favorite one, Sonata! Pink, Black and Polka-Dot! What girl doesnt love a little polka dots? I do and so does my diva daughter! Adorable design and the most perfect car seat for any little girl. Unlike the others which could be unisex, i think i'd still to just girls for this one lol.
Now, lets talk about the most important feature of this. I am for extened rear facing and this carseat is perfect for that! The weight limits are 5 pounds all the way up to 40 pounds, which is what the basic cheap $30 car seat can do too BUT this one can also go up to SIXTY-FIVE pounds forward facing! Its hard to find a nice carseat that isnt too pricy that can go that high! I love this car seat not only for the pretty design but for the safety and reliability.
Now, everything has its good and its bads and this does have some bad too. I drive a trailblazer so i have plenty of room, however my sister who drives a oldsmobile alero, can not fit this in her car comfortably or safely while rear-facing, it is a big bulky car seat so if you drive a small compact car i would keep looking but if your a mini van mom or a big truck mama than this is deffinatly the one i recomend!
