Buying this stroller was kind of unplanned. After a long day shopping while very pregnant I no longer cared what we bought as long as I got to go home and sit down! So I told my husband he could just buy whatever he wanted. And it worked out well. We've had this stroller for over two years now and it's a real workhorse for us.

We are lucky enough to live within easy walking distance of many attractions - if you call the grocery store or work an attraction! Our stroller has gone on many many journeys to the grocery store. It easily fits down the aisles and the basket is roomy enough to fit all your shopping. Although it claims to have a 10lb maximum we've exceeded that a number of times. It's also big enough to fit two laptop cases in and a large diaper bag (for trips to work).
It works well with a graco car seat, although we didn't use that feature too often. The best thing about having a car seat in is that the canopy on the car seat combines with the canopy on the stroller for all-around shade/protection from the elements.
My daughter is now almost three, and a very tall preschooler (over 3 ft). She still fits into the stroller, but only just. It's pretty tight (length wise) but she still enjoys it.
The variety of cup holders are useful, and we loved the snack tray when she got older. She loved getting her snacks out of the tray, one by one. And it securely holds a sippy cup in place also.
The parent cup holders are a nice touch, along with a covered key/debris holder. There is also a sunglass holder, although I didn't find that too useful.
The stroller is heavy, and bulky. It folds down VERY easily (just one touch and gravity brings the rest down onto the ground). It can easily be stored in the closet, even in a small apartment. It is fairly hard to heave it up into the trunk of your car though, so I'm not sure it's a good fit for smaller people who will be using in the car a lot. It is also difficult to take it through small store aisles (for example through the clothing racks at Target).
The stroller maneuvers well, although not as nicely as some of the more expensive strollers. And that's the rub really. The $800 - $1000 strollers are nice. And they are probably nicer than this stroller. But this stroller doesn't cost $800! And it works very well! So save yourself the $500-$800 and put it in your child's college fund instead. They'll thank you for it later down the road!
