Pros:Pretty pattern! Great colors.
Cons:Large seat, does not fit well in our caror on a high chair.
The Bottom Line: If space isn't an issue in your car and you like this pattern then I highly recommend this seat!
I selected this car seat for it's excellent reviews in Baby Bargains. I selected this pattern because it is uni-sex and the green and brown paisley would have matched our color scheme for either a boy or a girl. I wanted something that (baring an accident) would last through more than 1 child.

The pattern is very pretty (we have the matching pack and play as well). Our daughter was 8 weeks early and we needed an extra head support insert. I removed the one that came with and bought one that had two sections that was small enough for a premie (she was 5 pounds when we brought her home). The only complaint on the pattern is the giant bright yellow warning label on the front. No getting around that though I guess. I just wish they would have put it off to the side instead of front and center.
This is a very large car seat which hasn't worked out so well for us. We have a 2000 GMC Jimmy that does not have the latch system. This has to be installed behind the passenger seat and once it is, the seat can not be moved back very far. I feel like I am hugging the dashboard. I contemplated exchanging it for the snug ride 35 knowing that our child would be tall anyways, but never got around to it. I do wish I would have though because she is in the 75th % at 6 months and I'm not sure she will make it 1 year in this seat. When I was first researching this pattern I read that it was the 35 model. When it arrived I found out that it was the 32 (meaning the child can only ride safely up to 32" inches tall).
It is a bit harder to install in our car with the seatbelt than with the latch (our parent have latch systems) and I much prefer installing with a latch system. We also have a deep seat slope and have to roll up a bath towel under it to get it level. The base is removable though so once it was in our car we haven't had to remove it. We have an extra base that we easily install in and out of other's cars.
As far as weight it is comparable to all the other seats out there. Our daughter weighs 16 lbs now and I haven't had any problems lifting her in this seat. I am not the strongest gal and thought this might be an issue but it has not been.
One oher thing to note is that this seat does not fit on to and upside down highchair at restaurants. This is a huge bummer if you take your baby out to eat or plan to. We have to put it on a regular chair or pull her up with it attached to the stroller frame to have her with us. This may or may not be a problem for you.
Bottom line, I wish this was a 35 model. I love the pattern but the seat is large and I would go back and exchange for something smaller that fits in our car better.
