My wife and I went on the South Rim bus tour on 01/27/10. The company picked us up at the rotundra at our hotel. They were on time, and the shuttle was nice and clean. We went to another hotel for pickup (there were two people who did not show.....the shuttle gave them ample time, and the driver even went into the hotel to check). From there to the Miracle Mile Shops (downstairs entrance) to pay,get our breakfast snack (exactly what they say it is) and board our coach. The coach was nice, clean , comfortable. Our guide/driver was Ron....he was excellent. Very friendly,curteous, safe and knowledgable about the areas we travelled through (as well as a bit of a comedian). We left a few min early around 7:15am. About an hour to the Hoover Dam. Security was fast and painless. We drove across the dam (you will not be able to drive across the dam for much longer). Stopped at a look out point for about 15min for pictures...it was cold, so the timing was good. Then it was on to Kingman AZ about 2hrs. Stopped for a 15min break at a gas station. Then on to Williams AZ for lunch. We had 45min to eat, the buffett was decent. Then about 2hrs to the Grand Canyon. It was snowing when we arrived, and could not see the entire canyon. But it was still beautiful, and the snow gave a different perspective. All in all a fun trip. I will use this company next time.
