The tour company knew there was a blizzard at and to the canyon but went anyway.  We spend nearly 14 hours in the bus and nearly went off the road and died.  The bus slid around.  We couldn't even see out the windows.  When we FINALLY reached the grand canyon park, we went into the inn during a blinding storm, stayed there less than 30 min. then left.  The "lunch" was disgusting too.  I will NEVER use this company again and am considering filing a BBB complaint.  They risked our lives.
