FYI:

Baygon is like the product name given to the chemical.

Chloropyrifos(maybe misspelled)is the chemical for Dursban.

Arsenic(I believe) is the chemical for Baygon

Hey Ginzo....good questions and I have added some more info in my review. The poison is something called "baygon". If you are taking it out of the box, you should be careful, but it is pretty difficult to actually come into contact with the poison, because of it's location down inside the little hole. Still, it would not be a good idea to let children handle it. Thanks!

"Cons
Care should be given in how this product is handled."

How?? Why??

The "Warning" does KINDA explain my questions but I thought you'd elaborate just a little more.

A good review BUT

Ha ha! I know what you mean, daisylynne. Once I had them in my linen closet with all the towels and sheets (no food there!)

I think the ants in "THEM" were a little bigger, weren't they? :>

Sorry, I could not resist. (Old science fiction movie title, which of course, referred to giant ants.)

My kitchen was plagued with ants last summer. I shoulda bought Grant's. Next year I will, and I think I'll stake them in my flowers beds around the house. Don't know how the little critters are getting in my immaculate (haha) kitchen, but they loved my counters. Thanks, Gael!

Thanks Peggy. Yes, they are pesky little critters, aren't they? There are just billions of them too! Even if I were a spotless housekeeper, they would still come in my kitchen, I'm convinced of that!

Do you have any ants in Colorado?

We had experiences like this as well in California. Once they found the cat food bowls and made a trail over to them. Ugh!
