Pros: The sense of self satisfaction you briefly enjoy upon purchase.

Cons:  environmental benefit offset by this junk returned to a landfill within the year.

bigmamadog's Full Review: 20" Cordless Electric Mower
As an environmentalist with a small lawn, I thought this mower would be the perfect solution.  Unfortunately it turned out to be among the dumbest purchases ever.  The battery is designed to wear down after a few months of use.  It would not hold a charge fully after a few months, and would bog down and grind to a halt halfway through mowing my small 6000 sf lot.  If it is not charged regularly, it will die forever.  So much for taking it out after the winter and expecting the mower to work after recharging.  Truly a piece of crap that HomeDepot should be ashamed to carry.
