How long do we ( parents & grandparents) have to read this nonsense to our children. Is this the kind of education you want them to learn. Silly stuff that fills their heads and in some cases, scares them with nightmares to follow. There are so many other ways for kids to learn new things, that these books should be sent out to pasture or relegated to the lower shelves of the library. We can get this book in all forms and that should make the publishers very happy. They keep on putting this stuff out like a broken record. We might find a copy in a time capsule for the year 3000. Time to move on with your children's education. Find ways to talk with your children every day. Give them new ideas and give them praise and love. Help them with phonics, reading other books that make sense and are not filled with creatures that do not exist in their everyday life. Would you want your child to eat green eggs? Maybe on Saint Patrick's Day, but not when the eggs are so old that they turn green. Help put an end to the stuff the publishers put on the shelf for the kids to read, by not buying this stuff.
