I recently picked up a new non-stick frying pan while browsing at Hudson's Dirt Cheap. It was a Green Pan 9 1/2" Frying Pan from the Miami Collection and frankly I had never heard of the brand before but it appeared to be a nice weight and the label claimed non-stick so I decided to give it a try!

This frying pan is from the Miami Collection in the Green Pan line of products. Green Pans have a Thermalonnon-stick surface which is a new patented mineral based non-stick coating.  It is also PTFE free, meaning that it does't release toxins into the air when cooking at high temperatures.

This frying pan comes with a clear glass lid and retails for $59.95.

My Thoughts on Green Pan 9 1/2" Fryin Pan Miami Collection

I love this frying pan. It is the perfect size for omelets and is so easy to clean up. Most of the time you can't tell the pan has been used after cooking in it. It is truly a non-stick pan.

I have had T-fal sets before and comparing the two different non-stick surfaces, I would say Green Pan is the winner hands down.

I love this pan for its non-stick cooking abilities, ease of care and cleaning and it is light weight.

I also appreciate the fact that Green Pansare PTFE free.  This means that the pan doesn't give off toxins when it reaches a certain temperature. 

I got a really good deal on this frying pan at Hudson's Dirt Cheap because the pan didn't have the lid with it. I paid a mere $12.00 for it wish now that I had a whole set. I'm going to be browsing the stock on a regular basis now to find more pieces of Green Pan!

Recommendation

I am very impressed with my Green Pan 9 1/2" Frying Pan from the Miami Collection. From my experience, I would recommend any of their cookware items with the Thermalon coating. Green Pan 9 1/2" Frying Pan from the Miami Collectiongets my full stamp of approval. Recommended- YES!
